We're the guardians of this piece of Sicilian land, and we're raising capital to fund the caretaking, the regeneration of the olive grove, and the build of the estate itself. Come out, buy in, or adopt a tree from anywhere. Every tier helps keep this alive.

Three ways in — buy in for the long haul, come out for the harvest, or adopt a tree from wherever you are and get its oil in the mail. They stand on their own, and they layer together for anyone who wants more than one.
Project 01 · Ownership
A shared vacation home on five cliffside acres of olive terraces, with the Aeolian volcanoes on the horizon. Lifetime access and a proportional equity stake, for immediate family only, at $300 a month for two years. The land is already bought and paid for.

Family and friends, autumn 2026. Pick olives in the mornings, then I take everyone around the island by van — Etna and the wine towns, Cefalù, Castelbuono, Taormina, Palermo, and the cheese and salumi country. Rooms arranged in town. Come for a week or two.
